Native macOS menubar monitor. SwiftUI + AppKit, NSStatusItem + floating HUD. CPU/RAM/disk/net plus AI-process breakdown and real power draw + cost via powermetrics. No sandbox, no third-party deps.

launchd loop fleet writing a standard status.json contract, surfaced as live worker-cards in the dashboard. Each loop is an agent with a job description, monitored like staff.

General-purpose macro pad on Raspberry Pi. HDMI touchscreens running kiosk Chromium against a NURV control page. Cheap and hackable, physical buttons for the rig.
